The movement in the piece is a general and continuous upwards spiralling.
“The message is that the more you achieve, the more self-belief and self-confidence you have, and this leads you on to even greater things.”
Willard’s pieces are elegant, fluid and brimming with confidence. This piece would be a super focal point in a garden.
Unsurprisingly, this hard variety of serpentine stone has been named ‘avocado’ after its striking green and yellow colouration. It is suitable for outdoor display, since it is hard and impermeable like springstone. The colours in the stone are entirely natural, merely enhanced by the application of a coat of clear wax. The lines you can see are part of the natural serpentine stone – they are not cracks or lines of weakness.
